Valentine's Day

I am still celebrating Valentine's 💝 Day! This year I learned about Galentine's Day for the "seasoned and single ladies" who want to spend quality time with their girl friends. Folks, this was also a week for winners 🏆 beginning with Prime Minister Mia Mottley and her historic election landslide. Also, last night I met the arranger of Exodus Steel Orchestra, Mr. BJ Marcelle, thanks to my cousin Nicole. What a humble guy! His wife is also a calming spirit. This was followed by a reconnection with Ainsworth Mohammed, Manager, Exodus. Exodus is the 2026 Panorama Champions. See pictures! Congratulations to them! met Nadia Batson on Friday! Back to the food, in the spirit of love ❤️, I made asparagus frittata. Asparagus is considered a "food of love". With a mix of onions and feta cheese 🧀, that dish was divine 😋. I made garlicky and cheddar cheese biscuits 😋. The papaya was the juiciest and sweetest papaya cubes, we had tasted in years. Grapefruit juice and Earl Grey Tea. Simply a delicious meal! We are hours away from the Greatest Show on Earth! Many people will be eating pelau, a Carnival favourite. So I thought I should make an elevated chicken pelau...adding some shrimp 🍤!
