Tea Around Town

Yesterday, we had a delightful and memorable evening on the "Tea Around Town" bus tour through Manhattan, thanks to my cousin Sharon. The theme was pink ...in line with the bus colours. Sharon ordered the premium package so we were on the top tier of the bus and we enjoyed fancy finger foods like Nautical Splendor Lobster Roll, Triple Crown Steak Stack, Garden Chicken Soiree and Light and Green Egg Salad. We had four choices of exquisite teas: two hot and two iced teas. Our first sighting was the Empire State Building. What magnificence! We went on to see other historical sites like the St. Patrick Cathedral, Rockefeller Headquarters, the Vanderbilt Building, the Burberry Building, and Central Park as well as the fashion district on New York. Louis Vuitton flagship store was a sight to behold...that luggage!!! We learned curious facts about some of the places as well. We were serenaded during the trip and the host's rendition of "Fly me to the moon" was electrifying. The trip lasted 90 minutes, a time that I would never forget. Thank you Sharon!
