Think Pink and Purple! I was feeling for one of my favorites during the Lenten Season, crab Cakes! Sheldon just loved them! The young lady at the seafood shop at East Gates Mall assured me the the quality of the crab 🦀 was premium. She was right! It was delicious 😋. I also made buttermilk and blueberry biscuits 😋. Also, purple cabbage salad and fried plantain. Fresh orange 🍊 juice from the sweetest oranges from Kenwin, the green grocer. When last have you seen or tasted caimate, also called star apple? It's been at least 2 decades for me, but Michele shared some this week! Coffee ☕️ to drink! I'm off to the V8 car exhibition at Brentwood Mall to support my brother! I prepared buttered cassava which I have been longing for weeks! It was worth the wait! Jasmine rice, roasted broccoli 🥦, stewed pigeon peas and sautéed salmon 😋. Chunks of avocado 🥑 and sweet and sour shrimp 🍤 😋. Orange- pine juice. The meal was truly delicious 😋. Sheldon approved 🥰. Life is good. #foodienation #foodnetwork
