The Count Down

Folks, happy Sunday! We are on the count down to the greatest show on Earth! But we are are also days away from the celebration of love ❤️ on St. Valentine's Day! So the theme today is red and I made strawberry 🍓 compote and strawberry/banana punch! Delicious melongene and saltfish choka on ciabatta slices 😋. Fried plantains and avocado 🥑 bits. Bananas 🍌. For lunch, I decided to make cream sweet potatoes as Sheldon loved it so much last week. I also prepared roasted broccoli and zucchini in asparagus sauce. This was paired with chicken lasagna 😋. What a delight! A double mustard with grape tomatoes sauce (two types of mustard - Le Must and Fauchon Dijon mustard ). Slices of tomatoes 🍅 and guacamole 🥑 ! Sorrel to drink!
