We attended the Presentation College Music Makers Thanksgiving Event yesterday and I was presented with a bouquet 💐 of flowers which I have used today. It was a lovely evening 😊. We continue to be grateful for life and all that God has given us. For breakfast, I made cheesy garlicky biscuits 😋. I added real cheese 🧀 and garlic. Fried shark with honey 🍯 mustard sauce. Pomegranate and the best Orange 🍊 juice ever. Lavender and white Tea by Green Monkey. Really hearty breakfast 😋. Life is good. #foodienation #foodnetwork

For lunch, I wanted to use the real ingredients. For the mushroom and porcini risotto, I used chicken broth (made from scratch 😋)! I also made sautéed pigeon peas 🫛 made with real coconut 🥥 milk. Crispy chicken nuggets using Panko. The most delectable oxtail. Truly delightful! And finally purple cabbage slaw for some crunch and texture. I also had the last of the sorrel. This really was a delicious meal. #foodienation ##foodnetwork
