Happy International Women's Day

Today is a day of celebration 🍾. International Women's Day and the theme is "Give to Gain"! Let us celebrate all the incredible women that live on this planet! So I made lobster 🦞 salad, with baby arugula and tomatoes 🍅. Rosemary and tomato foccacia and warm sweet bagels. Very delicious! Sheldon had one major complaint...it was not enough! He kept repeating this...lol! Bananas 🍌. Orange Juice and coffee ☕️. Life is good! #foodienation #foodnetwork

After that feast of deliciousness and high cravability this morning, I wanted to have an elevated lunch as well. The special dishes were artichoke gratinata and risotto with sun dried tomatoes 🍅. I also made creamy potatoes 🥔, sautéed pigeon peas 🫛, baked shrimp 🍤 and sautéed salmon. I also made fried plantains and peas, carrots 🥕 and celery mayonnaise salad. Orange 🍊 juice fizz! Chef's kiss!
