Happy Easter

Happy Easter 🐰 🐣! We are on a short trip to Canada so we had breakfast at Moxies on our way to London. We were hoping to have a fine dining experience at the Old Mill Restaurant but they were fully booked and we could not get in. For brunch, we had Lemon Basil Salmon with the sweetest beets and delicious asparagus with ancient rice/wild rice and lemon herb sauce. Our friend, Marian, had the Farmer's Hash - pancetta bacon, potatoes 🥔, eggs and vegetables. Coffee and Pineapple Juice. Complimentary donut bites with Caramel sauce 😋. When we arrived in London, we went to visit my Alma mater, Ivey Business School. Life is good.🙏🏽#foodnetwork #foodienation
